Versatile boiled potatoes - a must-have side dish. Simple to make, convenient to store.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg large cream delight potatoes, unpeeled
Instructions:
  • Place the potatoes in a large saucepan filled with water and cover. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Turn down the heat to medium and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, or until nearly tender. Drain the ingredients, then rinse them under cold water. Make sure to drain them well and let them cool completely.
  • Store the potatoes in an airtight container or snap-lock bag in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
