Treat yourself with indulgent holiday fudge made with rich chocolates and sweet condensed milk. Delight guaranteed!
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 5 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, if desired
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raw pecans, chopped
  • Flaky sea salt, if desired
Instructions:
  • Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, gently melt chocolates with condensed milk and cream over low heat until smooth. Take off the heat and mix in bourbon, vanilla, salt, and pecans. Though thick, gently stir until well combined.
  • Evenly distribute the mixture in the pan, then generously sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes, or until firm.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice into bite-sized squares. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
