Try our unique brandied candied sweet potatoes for a twist on a Thanksgiving classic!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup brandy
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, cover the sweet potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter until bubbling. Mix in brown sugar, brandy, and salt, creating a rich caramel-like sauce. Add sweet potatoes and gently stir until fully coated. Cook until sweet potatoes are warmed and coated in the delicious glaze.
