Enjoy these limited-time citrus fruits in a fantastic dessert before they're gone.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 400g pkt French Style Crepes
  • 50g butter
  • 60g (1/3 cup, lightly packed) brown sugar
  • 6 mandarins, peeled, segmented
  • 40.00 ml brandy
  • Whipped cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cook the crepes according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until foamy. Stir in sugar until dissolved, then add mandarin. Cook, turning, for 2 minutes until heated through.
  • Pour in the brandy and carefully ignite it using a long matchstick. Let the flames subside.
  • Plate the crepes and generously spoon the mandarin mixture over them. Finish by adding a dollop of cream before serving.
