Bread Machine Rolls

Soft and fluffy bread machine rolls with a golden crust, perfect for dinner or sandwiches.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Prepare the ingredients.
  • Add bread flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, 1 cup of warm water, butter, and yeast into the bread machine in the suggested order or as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Start the Dough cycle and let the magic begin.
  • Lightly coat a baking sheet with grease in the meantime.
  • Take out the dough from the machine, gently press out any excess air, and place it onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, shape each into rounds, and place on the baking sheet.
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and allow it to rise until it doubles in size, approximately 40 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • In a small bowl, blend the egg white with 2 tablespoons of water; delicately brush over the tops of the risen rolls.
  • Bake until rolls are beautifully golden brown, approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
