Kefir Dinner Rolls

Bread machine kefir rolls: light, fluffy, with a hint of sourdough flavor, perfect for dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm homemade kefir
  • 2 tablespoons warm homemade kefir
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2.5 teaspoons instant yeast
Instructions:
  • In the pan of your bread machine, pour warm kefir followed by bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Set the machine to the dough cycle and press Start.
  • Gently deflate dough and transfer it from the pan. Knead on a floured surface briefly. Shape dough into 12 small balls by rolling each piece.
  • Prepare the muffin tin by greasing it. Place 1 ball of dough in each muffin cup and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise until it is puffy, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • Bake rolls in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
