Effortlessly make fluffy dinner rolls with your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3.5 cups White Lily® All Purpose Wheat Flour, or more as needed
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1.25 teaspoons salt
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
Instructions:
  • Add water, butter, egg, 3 cups of flour blend, sugar, salt, and yeast into the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions. Choose the Dough/Manual cycle. While the ingredients are mixing, periodically open the lid to scrape down the sides of the bread pan. Gradually add more flour blend as needed until a soft dough forms. Once the Dough/Manual cycle finishes, take out the dough from the bread machine pan and transfer it to a lightly floured surface.
  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan generously with cooking spray. Press the dough into a rectangle shape and slice it into 15 equal pieces using a pizza cutter or serrated knife. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange them evenly in the pan. Cover the pan and allow the dough to double in size in a warm place for about 35 to 45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake the uncovered rolls for about 15 minutes until they turn a lovely golden brown. Serve them warm or let them cool completely on a wire rack.
