Elevate leftover cinnamon rolls with a decadent casserole featuring creamy vanilla pudding, milk, sweet raisins, and crunchy pecans.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 (4.3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pound cinnamon rolls, torn into pieces
  • 1.5 cups raisins
  • 0.25 cup pecans
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine the evaporated milk, pudding mix, almond extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Fold in the cinnamon rolls, raisins, and pecans until fully incorporated. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes before proceeding.
  • Pour the cinnamon roll mix into a casserole dish and add small pieces of butter on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
