Delicious monkey bread made with frozen rolls, cinnamon, sugar, butterscotch pudding mix, butter, and nuts for a sumptuous, sticky indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 24 ounces frozen dinner roll dough
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9- or 10-inch tube pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine brown sugar with pudding mix in one bowl and white sugar with cinnamon in another bowl.
  • Place a layer of frozen dinner rolls in the pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, followed by white sugar. Add half of the nuts and drizzle with half of the melted butter. Repeat with remaining rolls and toppings.
  • Allow to sit on the uncovered counter for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for your dish.
  • After 30 minutes in the preheated oven, allow to rest briefly before flipping the pan onto a serving platter and gently lifting to release the bread.
