Quick and easy monkey bread muffins made with biscuit dough, brown sugar, and cinnamon, perfect for kids!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 (7.5 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and give 8 muffin cups a quick spritz of cooking spray.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with white sugar in a bowl until fully combined. Cut the biscuits into quarters after removing them from the packages. Coat a few biscuit pieces at a time in the sugar mixture. Place the coated biscuit pieces evenly into the muffin tins (4 to 5 pieces per cup).
  • In a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and the remaining 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Microwave until the butter has melted, then stir well. Drizzle approximately 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture over each cup.
  • Bake the muffins in the preheated oven until golden and crispy on top for approximately 20 minutes. Let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
