Customize baked pork chops with your favorite seasonings and breading for a delicious twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 6 pork chop cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Season pork chops with garlic powder and seasoning salt. Dredge chops in flour, then dip into beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Place the breaded chops on a plate in a single layer.
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat then sear pork chops until golden brown on each side for about 5 minutes. Place them in a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Roast in the oven until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), for 60-90 minutes.
