Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together the panko, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined in a bowl.
