Creamy curry chicken and broccoli bake with cheddar cheese. Serves six.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - boiled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 heads fresh broccoli , boiled and cut into pieces
  • 3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, then add the chicken and broccoli. In a saucepan over low heat, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice until boiling while stirring constantly. Pour this flavorful sauce over the chicken and broccoli, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
