Creamy chicken, broccoli, and stuffing casserole with tender shredded chicken, fresh broccoli, and a rich, cheesy mushroom sauce. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large pot, submerge chicken breasts in water until covered. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover with a lid, and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Cut the cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces after removing it from the pot.
  • Combine the condensed soup and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange the chicken in a single layer. Top with cooked broccoli, followed by the soup mixture, and finish with a generous sprinkle of Cheddar cheese.
  • Top with a generous layer of dry stuffing mix.
  • Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Serve the dish while it's still piping hot and savor every bite!
