Pan-fried chicken breasts smothered in creamy broccoli Cheddar sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sear chicken breasts in oil until perfectly cooked, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Mix the milk with the cream of broccoli soup, then pour the mixture over the chicken. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the Cheddar cheese until smooth, then take it off the heat. Serve over rice or noodles right away.
