Tangy broccoli salad with cranberries, bacon, and sunflower seeds in a creamy dressing - ideal for picnics and potlucks.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 3 heads broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 0.5 cup chopped red onion
  • 0.33333331346512 cup salted sunflower kernels, toasted
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dressing by combining mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Let it cool in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, crumble, and set aside.
  • In a large serving bowl, mix together broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, and cranberries. Add crumbled bacon and drizzle with dressing, toss well to combine.
