Impress friends with broccoli, onion, and Swiss cheese filled ham & cheese crescent ring.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 pound cooked ham, coarsely chopped
  • 0.25 pound fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfectly baked goods.
  • Combine the ham, chopped broccoli, onion, parsley, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl. Mix in the lemon juice and Dijon-style mustard.
  • Arrange the crescent triangles in a circle on a 13-inch stone or baking sheet, overlapping their bases in the center and pointing towards the outer edge to create a 3-inch-diameter circle in the middle. Spoon the filling evenly over the crescent rolls. Fold the point of each triangle over the filling and tuck it under the base at the center, leaving some of the filling exposed.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, then serve warm.
