Velvety broccoli cheddar soup made with creamy potato base.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.75 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.33300000429153 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Cook the broccoli and onion in butter in a large saucepan until tender. Add the soup, milk, water, basil, and pepper. Heat for 15 minutes, then stir in the cheese until melted.
