Indulgent Chocolate Brown Sugar Brownies with nuts and chocolate chips, baked in a 13x9 inch pan for 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333300352097 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 9 x 1-3/4 inch pan.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt by sifting them together. In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine the flour mixture along with the nuts until fully incorporated. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top bounces back when gently touched. Allow it to cool a bit, then cut into bars using a sharp knife while still warm.
