Indulgent brownies with butterscotch chips and rich brown sugar, made using yellow cake mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 0.33300000429153 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33300000429153 cup milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it.
  • Combine cake mix and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix in egg and milk until smooth. Fold in butterscotch chips and spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until they slightly pull away from the edge of the pan. Let them cool in the pan on a wire rack, then cut into bars.
