Family recipe for decadent white chocolate blondies, a lighter twist on classic brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine butter and white chocolate in a saucepan, melt over low heat, then cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted mixture, then add flour and salt until combined. Transfer batter to a prepared baking pan and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
