Creamy white chocolate brownies
Ingredients:
  • 180g white chocolate, chopped
  • 150g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 4.40 gm Queen vanilla extract or essence
  • 100g macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 115g plain flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170C and prepare an 18cm square cake pan by lining it with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. Microwave at 50% power, stirring every minute, for 1-2 minutes until melted. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • Mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture until fully combined. Fold in the macadamia nuts and flour until evenly distributed. Transfer the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean when inserted. Allow to cool completely before serving.
