Maple glazed soy salmon, served with rice and steamed veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 ounces salmon fillet
Instructions:
  • In a glass dish, mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, and soy sauce. Add salmon, ensuring it's coated well, then refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remember to flip the salmon halfway through marinating.
  • Preheat your oven to a perfect 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Take the salmon out of the marinade, allowing any extra to drip off, and carefully position it on a baking sheet. Remember to discard any leftover marinade.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 20 minutes.
