Cinnamon-spiced Scottish cookies with a delicious melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add butter and mix until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Shape into a ball, knead until smooth. Roll out into an 8-inch circle on a floured surface. Place on a baking sheet, slice into 16 wedges without separating them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the center is set. While still warm, slice into wedges and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
