Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, stirring until sugar is melted. Stir in milk and bring to a boil. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl and let cool for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Combine the powdered sugar and remaining maple syrup with the cooled mixture. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth. Spread the warm frosting for optimal results.
