Decadent brownie-stuffed chocolate chip cookies that will blow your mind.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. Prepare the brownie mix as instructed on the box and bake it. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan for about 1 hour before serving.
  • Crumble a 6x3-inch rectangle of baked brownies in a medium bowl (about 1/2 cup, firmly packed). Shape into 20 (3/4-inch) balls and set aside. Save the remaining brownies for later.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, flour, and 1 egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Shape dough into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls. Gently press your thumb into the center of each ball to make an indent. Place a brownie ball into the center of each cookie, ensuring the dough encloses it; reshape the balls as needed. Arrange the cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Then, let cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
