Indulgent cocktail featuring brownies, vodka, and Irish cream liqueur.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crumbled baked brownies
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • Dark chocolate shavings
Instructions:
  • Place the brownies, ice, half-and-half, vodka, and liqueur in a blender. Blend until smooth while covering the blender.
  • Pour the martini into 4 chilled martini glasses, then garnish each with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
