Quickly blitz Brussels sprouts in a food processor, then sauté with flavorful seasonings for an elevated dish. Ready in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 4 sprigs of fresh sage
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
Instructions:
  • Peel and quarter the onion, then slice it finely in a food processor. Transfer to a large pan on medium heat with butter. Slice and add sage leaves, then sauté for 4 minutes until soft. Wash, trim and slice the Brussels sprouts in batches, using the same slicer. Add to the pan, increase the heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Add a splash of water if needed. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, crush in unpeeled garlic, and stir well. Season to taste and serve.
