Creamy Parmesan Brussels sprouts: Brussels sprouts cooked in a rich cream and Parmesan sauce, a decadent and tasty side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups sliced Brussels sprouts
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), then coat a 9x9-inch baking dish generously with butter.
  • Lay out sliced Brussels sprouts evenly in the baking dish. Combine cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; pour over the Brussels sprouts. Finish by sprinkling nutmeg on top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes until the top is nicely browned.
