Try a tangy twist on coleslaw with Brussels sprouts and sweet dried cranberries.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 4 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup canola oil
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 5 ounces dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together Brussels sprouts, carrots, and cabbage. In a separate bowl, whisk together salad dressing, mayonnaise, canola oil, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated. Add dried cranberries and toss once more before serving.
