Buffalo chicken deviled eggs: the ultimate game day appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 7 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 0.75 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.25 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®), or to taste
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, submerge eggs in water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 12 minutes.
  • As the eggs cook, mix onion and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Cool before using.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together chicken, tangy blue cheese, spicy wing sauce, creamy blue cheese dressing, and crunchy celery.
  • Transfer the eggs from hot water to cold running water to cool. Peel the eggs, then slice them in half lengthwise and separate the yolks from the whites.
  • Combine egg yolks and cooked onions into the chicken mixture until fully incorporated. Adjust the flavor by adding more wing sauce, if desired. Transfer the mixture into a resealable bag, squeeze it to one corner, snip off the tip, and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
