Spicy Buffalo chicken flatbread - ideal for game day or a quick meal, topped with blue cheese or served with celery and blue cheese dip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2/3 cup Buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 flatbread crusts (14.1 oz pkg)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, or more to taste
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix together tender shredded chicken, zesty Buffalo sauce, and aromatic garlic powder in a vibrant bowl.
  • Lay the flatbreads on the baking sheets. Generously top each with ranch dressing, followed by a layer of mozzarella, sauced chicken, red onion, and bacon in equal portions.
  • Bake flatbreads until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is melted, for 13 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Garnish with green onion slices and add extra Buffalo sauce or ranch dressing to taste.
