Easy and quick Buffalo chicken pastry sliders, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (17.3 oz) pk frozen puff pastry, such as Pepperidge Farm, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared buffalo chicken dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, such as monterey jack, mozzarella, or cheddar
  • 1 dash hot sauce , such as Frank’s buffalo sauce or Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 1. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. 2. Combine buffalo chicken dip and cheese in a bowl. 3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of each pastry square, leaving all four sides uncovered. 4. Transfer to the baking sheet.
  • Bake the sliders in the preheated oven until they are puffed and golden, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Drizzle each pastry with hot sauce, sprinkle evenly with celery and blue cheese, and serve with ranch dressing, if desired.
