Sloppy joe meets Buffalo chicken dip with creamy cheese! Buffalo wing sauce and cheesy goodness make this a spicy and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.75 cup chicken stock
  • 0.25 cup hot buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce), or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add ground chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Add onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper; continue cooking until onion has softened, about 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Mix chicken stock, zesty Buffalo wing sauce, tangy red wine vinegar, sweet brown sugar, and savory Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the chicken and incorporate Neufchatel and Cheddar cheese, stirring and simmering until the cheeses melt and the flavors blend. Serve on buns and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese before serving.
