Buffalo chicken tater tot nachos: crispy tots loaded with spicy chicken and cheese. A crowd-pleasing favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1.5 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.66666668653488 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) for ideal cooking temperature.
  • Arrange potato nuggets in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Place the chicken in a spacious bowl and toss with celery seed and olive oil until evenly coated.
  • In a sizzling skillet, cook chicken until perfectly golden on all sides for about 15 minutes. Turn off heat and mix in the wing sauce, ensuring every piece is well coated.
  • Take the potatoes out of the oven. Adjust the oven rack to be 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler on low settings.
  • Distribute the chicken mixture evenly over the potatoes and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  • Place in the oven and broil until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, approximately 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and generously drizzle with creamy ranch dressing. Serve right away.
