Elevate classic French toast with zesty Buffalo wing sauce and savory Parmesan cheese for a unique twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 0.5 loaf rustic baguette, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, milk, Buffalo sauce, and salt. Immerse bread in the mixture until fully soaked, for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until it foams. Place soaked bread in the skillet; top with Parmesan cheese, pressing it onto the bread. Fry until bottoms are golden, about 3-4 minutes. Flip, sprinkle more Parmesan on top, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Flip again and cook until cheese is crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
