Spicy twist on chicken breasts for the heat lovers, easy to make with a kick of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1.5 cups hot chicken wing sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
  • 4 slices pepperjack cheese
Instructions:
  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then, place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and generously coat them with hot wing sauce. Let them marinate at room temperature until the oven is ready.
  • After baking the chicken in the sauce for 20 minutes, top it with red and yellow bell pepper strips and slices of cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes until chicken juices run clear and the center is no longer pink.
