Delicious Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with tangy blue cheese dressing - guaranteed crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce or red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black and red pepper blend
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 to 5 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
  • 4 slices (1 oz each) Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine Buffalo wing sauce and pepper blend in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Place each chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper and gently pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick. Add the chicken to the sauce in the baking dish, coating both sides with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to marinate.
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, then cook chicken for 10 to 13 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of dressing on the bottom half of each roll before layering with succulent chicken, gooey cheese, ripe tomato, crisp lettuce, and finally sealing the deal with the tops of the rolls.
