Elevate grilled chicken with a flavorful four-ingredient marinade.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
  • 4 medium stalks celery
Instructions:
  • Combine pepper sauce, oil, garlic powder, and salt in a sturdy resealable bag. Add chicken and evenly coat with the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Gently brush the grill rack with canola oil.
  • Take the chicken out of the bag and place it on the grill over medium-high heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the juices run clear when the thickest part is cut (170°F).
  • In a small bowl, combine dressing, blue cheese, and sour cream. Place the grilled chicken on a serving platter and serve with celery and the dressing mixture.
