Delicious sour cream pancakes with butter and syrup - a delightful anytime indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
  • Fruit-flavored syrup or maple syrup, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare the griddle or skillet by brushing it with vegetable oil or using cooking spray. Heat the griddle to 375°F or the skillet over medium heat.
  • Combine all ingredients, except berries and syrup, in a large bowl using a wire whisk or fork until well blended. Gently fold in the berries. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of the batter onto a hot griddle.
  • Continue cooking until the edges have dried. Flip the item over and cook the other side until it turns golden brown. Serve with syrup.
