Burnt butter with herbs and walnuts sauce

Create a gourmet sauce for your gnocchi.
Ingredients:
  • 100g butter
  • 40 fresh sage leaves
  • 40 fresh basil leaves
  • 60g walnut kernels to the pan
Instructions:
  • Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat until it starts foaming, then add sage and basil leaves. Cook for 1-2 minutes until herbs are crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate using a slotted spoon. Next, add walnut kernels to the pan and toast for 1-2 minutes until the walnuts are golden. Stir in the herbs, then combine with cooked gnocchi.
