Make flavorful buttery pan-fried zucchini with a touch of garlic and chili powder for an extra kick.
Ingredients:
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 0.75 cup margarine
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, add beaten eggs. Place flour on a dish. Dip zucchini in the eggs, then coat with flour.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the margarine until sizzling. Add zucchini slices coated with flour and fry until golden brown. Season generously with salt and pepper.
