Eggless buttercream icing: quick, easy, versatile, ideal for sugar cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
  • 3 drops red food coloring
Instructions:
  • Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of milk in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add more milk, 1 to 2 drops at a time, until you reach the perfect spreading consistency. Gently mix in food coloring.
