- 0.25 cup bacon drippings
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 2.5 cups buttermilk
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook sausages and bacon drippings over medium heat until sausages are golden brown, about 4 to 6 minutes. Add flour and stir constantly. Gradually pour in buttermilk and cook until gravy thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes.
