Delicious breakfast treat, perfect with bacon or sausage and eggs. Batter can be refrigerated for a few days or frozen for future use.
Ingredients:
  • 5 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 5 cups buttermilk
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, butter, and buttermilk in a large bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar, then stir into wet ingredients until blended. Adjust batter thickness by adding more flour or buttermilk to suit your preference.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip with a spatula and cook until browned. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
