Indulgent cookies for grown-ups: coffee liqueur, chocolate chips, pecans, and more.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • Butter, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 teaspoon coffee-flavored liqueur or cold brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Prepare the cookie dough according to the instructions on the pouch, incorporating liqueur, vanilla, and cinnamon along with the butter, water, and egg. Gently fold in the chips, coconut, and pecans.
  • Spoon dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, keeping 2 inches of space between each mound.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown and tops are almost dry. Transfer to a cooling rack right away. Let cool completely for about 15 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
