Elevate spinach with a delectable butter sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 100g butter
  • 3 bunches English spinach, ends trimmed, washed, dried
  • 31.50 gm fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, melt butter until it foams. Add spinach and cook for 1 minute, stirring until coated in butter. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until spinach wilts.
  • Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle in the fragrant nutmeg. Season generously with salt and pepper before serving.
