Cake Mix Apple-Spice Cookies

Transform spice cake mix into delicious apple spice cookies for a taste of autumn in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Spice Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1/3 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy cream cheese frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until a dough forms, then mix in chopped apple.
  • Spoon out dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing each tablespoonful about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are set. Transfer cookies to cooling racks and let them cool completely for about 15 minutes.
  • Microwave the frosting in a small bowl on High for 10 seconds. Drizzle the warm frosting over the cooled cookies.
