Delicious and simple salad recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • 2 pink lady apples, cored, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 ficelle (half-sized baguette), sliced 1cm thick
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 200g camembert, cut into wedges
  • 1000.00 ml baby spinach leaves
  • 40.00 ml cider vinegar
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 60ml olive oil
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill on high.
  • In a large frypan over medium-high heat, melt the butter with 2 teaspoons of oil. Add the apple slices and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once, until they are lightly caramelized. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Rub both sides of the bread with the garlic clove. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Grill the bread, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.
  • Simply mix all dressing ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake well.
  • Combine crisp apple slices, garlicky toasts, creamy camembert, and delicate baby spinach leaves in a spacious bowl to create a vibrant and flavorful salad.
  • Combine the dressing with the ingredients and toss until well mixed.
