Ingredients:
  • 2 oranges
  • 250.00 gm water
  • 225.00 gm sugar
  • 200g dark chocolate
Instructions:
  • Slice the oranges crosswise into 1/2cm thick rounds after halving them.
  • Blanch orange slices in simmering water for 30 seconds, drain, and repeat twice more.
  • In a saucepan, gently simmer 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar together. Add oranges and cook for 10 minutes. Drain oranges on a rack in a warm place or a low oven overnight to dry.
  • Indulge in luxurious dark chocolate by melting it in a bowl set over simmering water. Dip fresh orange slices into the velvety chocolate, allow them to set, and present this elegant treat to your guests.
